At Positive Journeys, we are dedicated to supporting young people aged 8–24 who may feel disconnected from education. Our mission is to empower them through sport, mentoring, and real-world experiences that build resilience and confidence.

Positive Journeys believes the best programmes are built with young people and communities, not simply for them.
We regularly gather feedback from young people, schools, families, coaches and community partners to help shape our programmes, activities and pathways.
By listening to lived experiences and local needs, we create inclusive opportunities that are relevant, engaging and responsive to the communities we support.
Youth voice, partnership working and community collaboration are central to how we design and deliver our work.
Every programme starts with listening.
