Turning Participation Into Progression.
The SPORT Framework is Positive Journeys' community activation model, designed to increase participation, develop confidence and create pathways for young people through sport and physical activity.
Rather than focusing on a single sport, the framework can be adapted to a wide range of activities including cricket, football, cycling, skating, basketball, parkour and other community-led programmes.
By combining participation, mentoring, leadership and progression opportunities, SPORT helps young people build confidence, improve wellbeing and access positive pathways into volunteering, qualifications, education and employment.

IGNITE is an employability and personal development programme designed for young people aged 16–24 who may be at risk of becoming NEET, lacking confidence, or unsure of their next steps. Through mentoring, practical experiences, leadership opportunities and employer engagement, IGNITE helps young people develop the skills, confidence and motivation needed to progress into education, training, apprenticeships, volunteering and employment.

Roll With Us is an inclusive wellbeing and participation programme that uses roller skating and urban movement activities to help young people build confidence, friendships and positive routines.
Designed particularly for girls and young women aged 11–24, the programme creates welcoming spaces where participants can get active, develop new skills and connect with their community in a supportive environment.
Many young people face barriers to physical activity, including confidence, cost, social anxiety and limited access to safe recreational spaces. Roll With Us removes these barriers by providing fun, accessible and engaging sessions that focus on enjoyment, wellbeing and personal growth.

VR Active is an innovative engagement programme that combines immersive technology, active gaming and physical activity to help young people build confidence, improve wellbeing and become more active.
